Bequest Language for Chelsea Hospital

"I give, devise, and bequeath [the sum of/percentage of/residue of my estate] to Chelsea Hospital, a hospital owned and operated by Trinity Health (Federal ID 38-2113393), a not-for-profit corporation, with principal offices in Chelsea, Michigan, to be used for [service/department name] or in accordance of the Trinity Health Michigan's Governing Board may determine if said purpose cannot be reasonably carried out."
